About North America Product & Solutions 

We are looking for a Research Lead, who is passionate about embedding user research deeply into the product design and go-to-market processes in North America. In this role, you'll be a core member of our regional Solution Design team, working alongside a blended team of product managers and designers to bring new and early-stage products and solutions to life the North America market.

Your research expertise will help inform decisions throughout the product development process. This role will work across key strategic product lines within Visa such as digital, e-commerce, risk and identity, BNPL, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs with a hypotheses-led/problem statement approach
  • Manage participant recruitment and associated privacy and data considerations
  • Weave together a story for internal and external stakeholders that demonstrates how the research meets their objectives
  • In partnership with product and design colleagues, define and prioritize research that should be completed to achieve successful product incubations in North America.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
