As Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll turn employers into advocates and employees into active and engaged Wagmo members. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in refining and enhancing our customer and partner marketing playbooks to drive adoption and engagement.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs to support employer engagement and employee adoption. Additionally, you’ll help enable our strategic partners with co-marketing resources and programs that drive awareness and adoption.
This high-impact, cross-functional role requires a mix of strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment. If you thrive in ambiguity, love iterating and improving on marketing programs, and get excited about analyzing marketing ROI, this role is for you.
This position is hybrid (at least 3 days/week in our NYC office) with occasional travel for events.
Own B2B customer marketing and B2B2C activation to ensure Wagmo’s benefits reach and resonate with employees.
Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success, ensuring employers have the tools and insights needed to launch and promote Wagmo.
Create self-serve and customized enablement materials to support employer-led communication efforts.
Execute multi-channel marketing strategies including direct mail, webinars, employee benefits fairs, and paid media to maximize employee adoption during open enrollment.
Develop year-round marketing campaigns targeted at our B2B audiences to improve engagement and education.
Develop co-marketing programs for strategic partners.
Proactively track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data insights to iterate and optimize campaigns.
You’re a data-informed, people-first marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy partnering cross-functionally, working directly with clients, and executing marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
5+ years of experience in customer marketing or partner marketing, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or partner enablement.
Strong email marketing skills and experience with marketing automation tools.
Comfort with executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including direct mail, paid media, events, and employer enablement strategies.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset. You can interpret data, measure success, and refine marketing strategies based on performance.
Entrepreneurial and proactive. You take ownership, solve problems, and thrive in a startup or fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel for in-person events at least once/quarter, with more frequent travel during October and November.
