Education:  MBA in HR/Post Graduation in HR / Diploma in HR or equivalent/ Master’s degree in HR or related field.
Experience:  5 + years
Job Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
