Lead Digital Product Manager
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support GenAI use cases for our Commercial Banking Front Office teams. In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- Contribute to planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Contribute to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Support the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Support delivery of solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience delivering complex GenAI use cases
- 3+ years of experience in an agile environment
- Understanding of Commercial Banking Front Office activities
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital products in a cross line of business or enterprise environment including data sourcing and integration requirements with both internal providers and 3rd parties
- Demonstrated experience developing measurement systems to support product performance analysis including OKR / KPI framework and model evaluation needs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners/subject matter experts and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives.
