Change Management Implementation Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Change Management Implementation Consultant to join our team at Workday. As a Change Management Implementation Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of our implementation process, providing meaningful support and guidance to our customers in utilizing the Workday platform to its fullest, while ensuring continued success and satisfaction throughout the process.The... ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management, HRIS, and/or Consulting, as well as the ability to quickly build relationships with customers and understand their unique needs. We’re looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals. Responsibilities of a Change Management Implementation Consultant: Provide comprehensive support and guidance to customers in order to ensure successful utilization of the Workday platform. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their unique needs. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues. Ensure customer satisfaction and success throughout the implementation process. Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers reach their goals. Research and recommend new methods and practices for Change Management, HRIS, and Consulting. Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction.
