JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Intern include assistance with implementation and updating of the project’s Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Plans. The Business Intelligence Intern will help monitor and assess the project team’s performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and will support reporting and documentation of results. The intern will assist with agenda, notes and action items for regular quality and continuous improvement meetings and will help develop and update quality guidelines.

Expected Salary (all locations): $19.20 - $30.00

As a Business Intelligence Intern, you'll play a key role in helping our team implement and refine Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Plans. You’ll have a front-row seat to monitor how our teams perform against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in documenting and reporting these results. Your tasks will include supporting the development and analysis of calibration exercises and analyzing call trends, helping us improve our standard operating procedures. You’ll participate in regular meetings focused on driving quality and continuous improvement, taking notes, and following through on action items.
