We're looking for driven Data Analysts eager to enhance their skills through impactful, innovative projects.Job DescriptionYou will report to the Talent Management Director and join our D2C business. You will also have a technical rotation manager, who will be one of the following: Director of Analytics, Analytics Consulting Manager, Lead Analyst, or Sr. Manager of Data Architecture.Responsibilities:• Complete two 6-month, customized rotations across our business groups• Get hands-on experience with the latest technical environments, programming languages, and development• Receive 1:1 mentorship from Senior Engineers and a Career Development Coach• Visibility to Senior Leadership• Focus on personalized growth and developmentStart dates for the program are April and June 2025Qualifications• Graduating in December 2024 or Spring 2025 with a BS or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or an equivalent field• An interest in increasing knowledge and exposure to data structures, quality and patterns• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, and/or Tableau• Experience with credit analytics, consumer finance or consumer platforms a plusBenefits:• Great compensation package and bonus plan• Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K• Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office• Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
