Are you ready to make a difference in the Lowell/Saranac community? Young Life is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Mission Staff. This part-time role (10 hours per week) allows you to dive deep into Young Life ministry while developing your spiritual journey and leadership skills. You'll have the opportunity to lead and participate in spiritual development through prayer, fellowship, and a commitment to understanding God’s Word. Building relationships is key in this position, as you'll foster a vibrant spiritual life and actively engage with the Young Life community. In addition to spiritual growth, you'll play an essential role in developing and equipping leaders by recruiting and training new volunteers, helping build a diverse leadership team that mirrors the community's values. Fundraising is a crucial part of our mission, and you'll engage with community members to secure financial support for sustaining our programs while maintaining excellent donor relationships. As a Mission Staff member, you will also direct ministry efforts, including planning and executing Young Life events, clubs, and discipleship ministries to ensure we effectively reach every kid. Responsibilities extend to managing logistics and communications within the ministry, maintaining accurate records, and upholding Young Life’s professional standards. To excel in this role, a college degree is preferred, along with proven relational skills and strong communication abilities.
