The Senior Product Officer will lead and manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch, planning, and continuous optimization. Oversee the development of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and other technical documentation, ensuring alignment with the BRD and overall business strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a strong track record of successfully managing product lifecycles, creating detailed BRDs, and leading strategic planning efforts.
Proven experience in product planning, business analysis, and creating/managing BRDs, FRS, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic product decisions.
Deep understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices, particularly in fintech or technology.
Strong understanding of financial technologies and digital payment systems.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
