JOB SUMMARY:
The Contracts Manager is a highly strategic position within Zivaro that supports the Contracts Team Lead in responding to all internal requests from executive leadership and all sales teams, as well as requests from all external partners.
The Contracts Manager will primarily review and execute legally binding documentation. This will include leveraging Zivaro’s contract management system for reviewing, processing, signing, and archiving of all partner agreements, customer funding award documents, business forms, reports, and partner certificates of insurance. The Contracts Manager will also support internal requests to onboard new suppliers and customers per our ISO policy.
The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for maintaining Zivaro’s contract management system to include the implementation of new workflows, updating existing workflows, provide training to internal users on the use of the system, and drafting or updating corresponding work instructions.
This position requires extreme detail orientation with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for communication with external customers and internal customers at all levels of the organization, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage several competing priorities.
U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions at Zivaro, due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
