People Analyst
2U is dedicated to eliminating the back row in education by delivering world-class digital education. They are seeking a People Analyst to provide insights from human capital data to influence business decision-making.
Skills
- Expert in Google Workspace, advanced in Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and employee survey platforms
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support data and analytics for attracting, onboarding, and retaining employees
- Handle confidential employee data with care
- Deliver customer service for people analytics requests
- Build and execute surveys
- Retrieve and ensure the reliability of data
- Use reporting tools to develop analytics products
- Partner with HR leaders for insights on people data
Education
- Relevant degree in Economics, Computer Science, or related field
