Senior Technical Product Manager – Global Infrastructure

At i3D.net, our product suite spans the full spectrum of infrastructure solutions: 

  • Metal: Dedicated servers providing raw compute power. 

  • Unified Platform: Enhancing our core Metal product with tools for game hosting, user authentication, and seamless user experiences, including: 

  • Customer Self-Service (CSS): Simplifies how customers access and manage all i3D.net services. 

  • Host our Platform (HOP): Internal self-service capabilities for our teams. 

  • Game HOSTing (GHOST): A hosting platform tailored for game studios. 

  • Network: A global backbone delivering robust connectivity solutions, including IP transit. 

  • SmartDC: Colocation services through our data centers in Rotterdam, Paris, and Montreal. 

 

Why your role matters 

You’ll join the Unified Platform Group, focusing on Customer Self-Service (CSS)—the heart of our ecosystem. CSS enables customers to consume, configure, and manage i3D.net services through a unified platform built from scratch. 

As the Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll shape the customer experience for both technical and non-technical audiences, bridging all i3D.net products into one seamless interface. Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll also collaborate closely with the Group Product Lead for Unified Platform. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Product Strategy: Define the vision and roadmap for CSS, using market insights to prioritize features and ensure smooth integration across all products. 

  • Product Ownership: Manage the backlog, deliver features like single sign-on and account management, and optimize UX for all users. 

  • Team Collaboration: Work across engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams while engaging customers to refine ideas. 

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in cloud, gaming, and DevOps, leveraging data-driven insights to foster continuous improvement.

  • MVP Delivered: Launch a fully functional Customer Self-Service platform with core features. 

  • Customer Adoption: Boost engagement and satisfaction metrics for CSS. 

  • Team Synergy: Align workflows with other internal product groups.

About you 

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or software engineering, focusing on external customer-facing solutions. 

  • Product Leadership: Proven ability to craft and execute a product vision and roadmap, with a track record of shipping successful products. 

  • Technical Expertise: Familiar with APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and middleware systems. 

  • Communication: Skilled at translating technical details into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. 

  • Strategic Thinking: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy. 

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, real-time services, or gaming technologies is a plus.
