  • Excellent spoken & written English: communicates clearly via emails, Slack and conference calls.
  • Strong work ethic: responsible and humble with a desire to continuously improve and always willing to lend a hand to a colleague/ client
  • Proactive & growth oriented with a desire to exceed expectations and objectives.
  • 2-3 years successfully managing Google Ads for DTC brands or retailers (either client side or at an agency).
  • Ability to work with data (knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables etc) and translate it into actionable insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of 5-10 Google Ads projects - analyzing performance, launching & scaling campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to life.
  • Strategize and set up campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Collaborate with project team (paid social, creative/design & email) on planning and executing in order to hit the client's goals.
  • Monitor account health: check & fix Google Merchant issues, troubleshoot tracking pixels
  • Analyze performance: week-on-week, month-to-date vs KPIs, year-over-year - which will enable you to determine the right course of action for improving or growing the performance.
  • Write up performance comments and insights with improvement recommendations.

We believe that managing a portfolio of 5-10 ongoing projects, requires a full-time commitment, so we are not looking for freelancers or agencies.

  • Selected candidates will be invited for an initial Interview. This will be a conversation to discuss your experience and fit for the role.

3. Test Project

  • If you pass the interview, you will receive a short test project that mirrors the tasks you’ll handle in the role. This will consist of creating insights from raw data and helps us understand your analytical skills and approach. The test should take 30 mins - 1 hour to complete depending on how much time you want to dedicate to it.

4. Final Steps

  • Successful candidates may receive a direct offer or be invited for a follow-up interview to finalize details.
