Our Medical Records Technicians receive company-provided laptops and portable scanners to travel to various medical facilities and hospitals for scanning patient medical records.

As a Medical Records Technician, you’ll receive a company laptop and portable scanner, empowering you as you travel to various medical facilities to scan vital patient records. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining an organized and accurate record system for patient information, using electronic systems to collect and manage data, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Interacting with medical staff and healthcare providers fosters valuable relationships within this role. Ideal candidates will ideally have experience in a healthcare setting, proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and a basic understanding of medical terminology. The position requires you to be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a valid driver’s license, and be ready to commute. With a pay rate between $10.50 to $11 per hour or $1.75 per record, plus additional perks, this is a fantastic part-time position with opportunities for growth and project extension.
