Full Time or Part Time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

Additionally, applicants should have an updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification.

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse at AdvisaCare, you'll be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in their homes, which may include wound care, medication management, and patient education. You'll work closely with patients and their families to develop tailored care plans, coordinate with the Home Health Team, and ensure each patient's needs are met in a compassionate manner.
