The Lead Pharmacy Service Coordinator contributes to AHF by providing direct support to members, pharmacies, and providers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing prior authorizations, troubleshooting pharmacy claims issues, delivering quality customer service, retention and re-engagement of patients, and addressing any pharmacy-related questions from members.
The Lead Pharmacy Service Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by enriching the quality of patient care, improving patient satisfaction, and achieving positive health outcomes though personalized care.

The Lead Pharmacy Service Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services according to AHF Managed Care policies and Standards of Practice.
Licenses and Certifications: State Pharmacy License for location you are applying (if applicable), one additional state license, PTCB, Tech Level II Exam
