Junior Developer Support Engineer

Algolia is looking for a Junior Developer Support Engineer to assist technical users with implementing Algolia in various web and mobile development stacks. The role involves handling technical requests, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions for customers.

Skills

Experience with web development, REST APIs, and database management
Working knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Ruby, Python
Excellent spoken and written English skills

Responsibilities

Handle technical requests via web and email support channels
Conduct professional and empathetic conversations with customers
Submit bug reports to the Engineering team
Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
Participate in internal projects to improve processes
