How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and technically curious Senior Technical Program Manager to join our macOS engineering team. In this role, you will drive critical initiatives that enable scale, quality, and security for the macOS platform used by thousands of employees globally.
This role will partner closely with engineering and product leadership to shape priorities, track progress, remove roadblocks, and measure outcomes that deliver business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional technical programs with clear timelines and milestones.
• Partner with engineering leadership to influence priorities and resolve delivery challenges.
• Build and maintain program schedules, tracking progress with clear KPIs tied to business outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration across macOS, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
• Lead stakeholder communication with regular, outcome-focused updates.
• Foster continuous process improvement and ensure best practices are applied.
• Promote an inclusive team culture and contribute to leadership discussions.
• Support Agile practices (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and coach teams on best practices.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical program management
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Proven success in driving complex, large-scale technical initiatives.
• Ability to influence priorities and manage competing demands.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and program delivery metrics.
• Technical curiosity and ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
