US Consumer Services: This team is responsible for American Express’ suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, innovative banking services and products, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs. The team’s strategy is to build a strong premium Card business differentiated by Membership, which is brought to life by connecting our Card Members to what they love.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Analyze data and realize growth opportunities; to help businesses improve performance and drive growth
Be responsible for understanding how our business functions and how it might best be served using new and emerging digital products and/or services.
Build and track performance indicators to better understand customer behavior
Develop cost-benefit analyses to determine feasibility of new opportunities
Develop relationships with a variety of int e r n al and external partners
Share and leverage best practices and provide consultancy to team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Marketing Internship Experience
Find innovative ways to improve the customer experience
Passion for customer marketing, payments innovation, travel industry and new technology trends
Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas
Independent thinker who’s organized, has phenomenal attention to detail, and can multi-task
Strong analytical, problem-solving/quantitative skills
Willing to take risks and share fresh perspectives
Be proficient with analytical and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
