Role description:
Arcadis seeks an Account Leader / Project Manager to join our team to support the growth of water, wastewater, and stormwater opportunities as a client-facing account lead and project manager in our seller-doer model. This role will be based our of our Atlanta, Georgia office and focus on maintaining and developing business in Georgia and adjacent markets.
As an Account Leader, you will collaborate with our Area Leader, Area Mangers, and Technical Experts to successfully win projects and execute them to achieve our clients’ objectives while providing excellent client service. In addition, you will contribute to the strategic growth, planning and support of various key market initiatives throughout the market area.

Key Skills/Attributes
The ideal candidate should have client and project management experience with municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects of various sizes. They should demonstrate strong technical engineering skills and have experience in municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater planning and design, as well as erosion and sediment control design and regulatory compliance. Capital planning and prioritization expertise is also required.
Additionally, the candidate must possess strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead teams while collaborating effectively with clients. Excellent technical writing skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver client presentations and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with local municipalities.
Preferred Qualifications
A master's degree in civil, environmental, water resources, or a related field of study is preferred. The candidate should have five years of relevant sales and account management experience. Experience with green infrastructure, stormwater runoff reduction BMPs design, hydrology and hydraulics studies, MS4 regulatory compliance, and water quality studies is considered a plus. A GSWCC Level II Design Professional certification or the ability to obtain this certification is also preferred. Additionally, existing relationships with municipal clients in the region would be desirable.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $94,944 - $161,405/year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
