This is an exciting opportunity to provide meaningful pastoral care to our residents and their families, promoting spiritual well-being and support in their daily lives. As our Chaplain, you'll engage with residents through regular visits, offering a listening ear and a comforting presence during challenging times. You'll be pivotal during crisis interventions, responding promptly to referrals from administration and support services. Preparing orders of worship and ensuring residents are informed about services will be among your day-to-day responsibilities. You'll also assist residents in navigating end-of-life care, ensuring their needs and wishes are met with the utmost dignity and empathy. To thrive in this role, a Master of Divinity degree or equivalent is required, along with ordination or licensing in a mainline Protestant denomination. If you have one unit of ACPE-accredited clinical pastoral education and at least three years of experience in hospital or eldercare chaplaincy, we encourage you to apply!
