About the Team & Role: 

As a Senior Product Manager - Tech at Auger, you will own and drive the development of Auger’s Ontology and Semantic Intelligence products. This means leading the core products that make supply chain data semantically meaningful, mapped to our domain-specific ontology, and enabling the AI and LLM-driven accuracy that powers our consumer-grade customer-facing platform.

Your primary customers will be Auger team members (forward-deployed engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams) and end-customers who rely on our products to extract insights, create intelligent automation, and ensure high-quality data understanding across complex global supply chain signals. You’ll be responsible for deeply understanding their needs and workflows, and translating them into intuitive, consumer-grade product features. 

This is a strategic, high-ownership position that requires vision, leadership, and technical fluency. You will define the roadmap, drive execution, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver robust semantic models, ontological mappings, and AI-ready data layers.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Define and drive the product strategy for Auger’s Ontology and Semantic Intelligence products, ensuring high-fidelity representation of supply chain concepts and their relationships. 

• Gather insights through direct engagement with internal and external users to inform feature development and prioritization. 

• Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact features and enhancements, ensuring clarity on what gets built and why. 

• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, technically feasible solutions. 

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in ontologies, knowledge graphs, LLM integration, and semantic data enrichment. 

• Ensure Auger’s ontology platform enables accurate, contextualized, and structured representations of supply chain data to power downstream AI and LLM applications. 
   

Qualifications 

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track of working with or designing domain-specific ontologies, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers for enterprise data. 

• Ability to work closely with engineers, understanding trade-offs in scalability, performance, and data architecture. 

• Strong understanding of how ontology and semantic intelligence feed into and improve LLM-based or generative AI systems. 

• Ability to work with Design and strong UX intuition when designing interfaces for technical and non-technical users. 

• Strong communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
