We’re looking for someone who is ready to lead our sales journey in small and mid-market segment. What we call the title is secondary to us; what matters most is finding the right leader who can help us scale our business, build strong relationships, and take charge of big deals & bold moves.

Qualifications

🧠 Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who has done this before – minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS experience, and at least 3 leading a team

  • strategic operator who knows their way around CRM (we use HubSpot), understands SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR, churn), and leads through data

  • team builder – strong in hiring, coaching, and inspiring people

  • collaborator – someone who thrives in cross-functional teams and aligns sales with product, marketing, and ops

  • Someone who’s ambitious, communicative, and proactive

  • Fluent in Polish and English (C1/C2)

  • Bonus if you’ve scaled a company from PL to international markets
