This key strategic resource will report into the Director, Legal Affairs and provide legal advice, counsel, and representation in connection with negotiation, drafting, and management of agreements for a broad range of topics and commercial transactions.
This position offers a hybrid work model, with candidates expected to be based in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) for occasional in-office meetings and collaboration.
