Business Project Manager

As a Business Project Manager you will play a key role in driving strategic local projects for the Polish market and ensuring the effective implementation of global initiatives within Poland. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring projects are successfully executed, meet business objectives, and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading strategic business projects: Driving key strategic initiatives critical for Booksy's success in the Polish market and collaborating on global projects to ensure successful implementation in Poland.
  • Managing project lifecycle: Overseeing all aspects of project management, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, including scope, timeline, budget, stakeholders, and risk.
  • Facilitating effective communication: Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders (internal and external), and leadership.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Proactively identifying and resolving project issues and escalating decisions to appropriate levels as needed.
  • Project documentation and reporting: Creating and maintaining project documentation, presentations, and reports to track progress and communicate updates.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

    • Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading business projects.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, Notion).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, time, cost, stakeholders, quality, resources, communication, and risk.
    • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
    • Fluent Polish and English (C1) for effective communication, documentation, and presentations.

It will also help you to have…

    • Experience managing complex, distributed projects in international, multi-stakeholder environments (strong asset).
    • Experience working in a tech, e-commerce, or SaaS company.
    • Project management certifications.
