Head of Marketing - Spain

Your career as Head of Marketing at Booksy will give you the opportunity to drive local growth, build community, and amplify our brand locally in alignment with local business objectives.

Working closely with the VP of Marketing and Spain Country Manager, you’ll lead a Spain-based team of 4 - 5 in the creation and delivery of a local marketing strategy that meets local ambitions whilst remaining aligned with global GTM’s broader goals. 

You’ll be excited by the prospect of identifying new growth opportunities and leading the delivery of innovative local marketing campaigns. With 70% of your efforts being focused in-market, your natural tendency of wanting to help others succeed will see you regularly seeking and sharing best practices across peers, teams and markets.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Extensive experience of leading Marketing teams within multi-national start-up/scale-up companies. (ideally within Tech/Saas).
  • A track record of marketing success across strategy, brand and growth.
  • A deep understanding of Spain's market including consumer behavior, trends, cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt global strategies to the geography.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience with digital channels such as social media, paid media, content marketing, and email/CRM. Experience with growth tactics like A/B testing, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Proven proactivity for testing new ideas, channels, and strategies to optimize performance and growth.
  • We require fluency in both Spanish and English for this role
