As a Customer Support Specialist at Boostly, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting restaurant customers by setting up integrations, coordinating signage, and resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy. You’ll work closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records of interactions. This in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support their initiatives.
Setting up integrations and coordinate the creation/shipment of signage to customers.
Handling customer inquiries and accomplish support-related tasks efficiently.
Troubleshooting customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Eager to learn and play a role at an up and coming tech company.
Extremely organized with a high-attention to detail.
