Who are we?

Boostly is a fast growing early-stage startup providing text marketing & feedback tools to restaurants. Our founders have participated in a $21M exit and been through the Y Combinator S22 batch (YC is the world’s top startup accelerator, funding companies such as Reddit, AirBnB, Stripe, Podium, Weave, & DoorDash). Boostly recently raised a Series A round of capital from investors such as PeakSpan Capital, Y Combinator, Trestle Partners, and Singularity Capital.

Not a remote position. This is an in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office.

What will you do?

As a Customer Support Specialist at Boostly, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting restaurant customers by setting up integrations, coordinating signage, and resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy. You’ll work closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records of interactions. This in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support their initiatives.

  • Setting up integrations and coordinate the creation/shipment of signage to customers.

  • Handling customer inquiries and accomplish support-related tasks efficiently.

  • Troubleshooting customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
