• Hybrid job;
• Responsible for 2nd level support for application-areas (modules);
• Analyzes and solves support tickets;
• Works in close collaboration with developer teams;
• Works in an agile team as tester;
• Tests implemented features;
• Reports bugs and follows up;
• Plans, coordinates, execute, checks, monitors, eliminates moderately complex problems.
• Participates in dailies, sprint-reviews, retros, sprint planning;
• Documents changes and creates release notes / updates user documentation;

Studies:

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in English both in writing and speaking at least B2 level;
• Diploma in IT, Business, Economics, or similar;
• IT like-minded;
• Experience in application testing and test management;
• Experience in Application Documentation;
• Experience in Web Application development and support;
• Ideally experience in the domain of production material purchasing;
• Self-determined and structured way of working;
• High motivation and engagement;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• At least 1 years’ experience in a business process;
• Team oriented;
• Experience in working in international teams;
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, (internal) vendors, co-workers, and stakeholders;
• Flexibility, good problem-solving capacity;
• Willingness to travel (if needed for a project);
• Orientation on goals, initiative, self-driven.
