Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be a part of our HR team supporting SAP SuccessFactors. You will maintain and troubleshoot employee and organizational data to support an exceptional, seamless employee experience across the HR ecosystem. You will support and manage HR reporting for organization-wide distribution, including recurring and ad-hoc reports for various departments. Reporting to the Director of HRIS, you will partner across the organization to align business objectives with HR, Finance and other business units.  

As an HRIS Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide production support, including medium to complex issues across HR  
  • Advocate for continuous process and technology improvements within HR; partner cross-functionally to define requirements, build, test, and deploy process / technology enhancements. 
  • Maintain organizational hierarchy, position management, and role-based access to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity and security 
  • In partnership with the other team members in HRIS, work with leaders across the organization to define and document operational reporting requirements; support and deploy routine and ad hoc HR reporting 
  • Audit HR data to ensure system configuration complies with federal, state and local regulations
  • Perform activities relating to testing and data validation in support of upgrades, enhancement and new implementations 
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations and Payroll Teams to streamline process for day-to-day support for employees and managers
  • Assist with related tasks for special projects, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions 

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, consultancy, and communication skills 
  • Passion for delivering a superior employee experience 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines 
  • 5 years of experience configuring and maintaining HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc) 
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple technical groups implementing HR/Payroll systems including integrations 

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Experience with SAP Employee Central and SuccessFactors modules
