At Bruker AXS, a global leader in analytical X-ray systems for elemental analysis and materials research, we are on the lookout for a passionate Field Service Engineer / Technician (m/w/d) to join our team! In this remote role, you'll become an integral part of our Customer Service team, providing exceptional support that ensures our clients achieve maximum satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include performing installations, conducting maintenance, and troubleshooting sophisticated MCT, XRF, XRD, and SC-XRD systems. But that's not all! You’ll also provide essential technical support—both directly and through remote diagnosis—to our valued customers in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and environmental industries. We value your ability to connect with clients, as you’ll often travel domestically and occasionally internationally, making every visit a meaningful interaction. As a Field Service Engineer / Technician at Bruker, your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills will shine as you instruct users on system operations and network analysis instruments with available software solutions.
