Batch Auditor

The Batch Auditor at ByHeart is responsible for managing Master Batch Records, performing preliminary reviews of laboratory analyses and production paperwork, and ensuring compliance with incoming ingredients and packaging materials. Additionally, the Batch Auditor coordinates external lab testing, performs analysis to identify areas for improvement, and maintains proper documentation, all while adhering to company guidelines and quality standards.

To qualify for the Batch Auditor position at ByHeart, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field. Additionally, 2-5 years of experience in a food processing or pharmaceutical environment is preferred, along with knowledge of HACCP, Preventive Controls, and SQF principles. Certifications in HACCP and PCQI are a plus.
