Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments to identify behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data analysis.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers regarding behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in behavior analysis and mental health care.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and families.
  • Knowledge of ethical practices in applied behavior analysis.
  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $42.00 per hour (starting hourly rate rate ranges based on experience )
