Executive Compensation AnalystJob ID206771Posted05-Mar-2025Service lineCorporate SegmentRole typeFull-timeAreas of InterestPeople/Human ResourcesLocation(s)Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of AmericaAbout the Role:As a CBRE Executive Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, planning, implementation, and delivery of executive compensation programs across the Company in support of business objectives.What You'll Do:• Plan, execute, and lead executive compensation projects requiring analysis of factors that impact multiple global organizational units.• Participate in assigned compensation surveys in order to understand competitive compensation levels for executives.• Conduct executive job evaluations.• Assist in preparation of Compensation Committee meeting materials.• Assist with annual executive compensation planning and executive communications• Administer the Deferred Compensation Programs for executives• Act as liaison with internal business partners (Legal, Tax, Accounting, HR, Total Rewards) and outside partners.• Prepare executive compensation tables and related proxy materials.• Assist with the management of the stock plan administration processes and provide equity-related support to the executive compensation• Assure through audits, analysis and reports, that executive compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.What You'll Need:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Executive Compensation Analyst position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Executive Compensation Analyst position is $1150,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
