At CESO, a Survey Manager oversees our full range of surveying services. You will have primary responsibilities that will include:

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and reviews the work of survey staff
Responsible for final survey deliverables
Provide quality assurance and quality control
Serve as staff resource on complex surveying matters
Develop survey team budget and proposals for professional services
Coach and mentor staff
Develop survey team budget and labor hour utilization
Partner in developing best practice standards and procedures
Responsible for monthly client invoicing and accounts receivable
Assist other survey duties as needed

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Survey or Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
Professional Surveyor license is required
12+ years of progressive survey experience
Experience with managing a survey team is highly preferred
Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology experience is a plus
