In this role, you will be responsible for leading deal flow for the Chainlink Build program. You will take charge of sourcing and closing high value leads and funnelling talent into the Build program, so having an eye for identifying successful projects in web3 is a must. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of Build projects, from identification, acquisition and onboarding through to the program.
The ability to identify, assess, and close high quality projects in the Web3 space.
Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships while navigating the Web3 start-up landscape
Experience in procuring top protocols in a sales capacity in the blockchain space
Ability to manage a pipeline of deals from execution to completion.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in understanding the founders journey.
Strong negotiation skills
Creative thinker, able to maximize for high-impact opportunities.
