Overview

The Information Systems Inventory Analyst, or Asset Management Analyst is responsible for helping maintain the technology inventory for the hospital. This incumbent assists in the development of asset management control procedures and policies and is responsible for maintaining an accurate picture of current and deployed inventory.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience using Service Now for HamPro and SamPro.

 

The incumbent needs to reside withing the KCMO metro area.

New employees must be willing to be vaccinated if found non-immune to measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and chicken pox (varicella) and/or without evidence of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccination since 2005. If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate assessment of software & technology inventory. Assist with obtaining quotes for hardware & software 
  • Assist with coordination of repairs and replacement of malfunctioning hardware while providing communication with end users on status.
  • Maintain current technology & software standards for department.
  • Maintain current license for software , creating entitlement and models
  • Maintain competency in field using a variety of methods.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree and experience in inventory management using Service Now for HamPro and SamPro
  • High School diploma, or equivalent, 2 years experience accepted in lieu of a degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.69/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

 

 

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
