Ready to join our healthcare superhero squad? As an LPN on our 2pm-10pm shift, you'll be the evening star of our resident care team, earning a stellar $30.20 - $36.35 per hour!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

You'll be the maestro of resident care, orchestrating a symphony of compassion and compliance that would make Florence Nightingale proud. Your superpowers will include organizing, directing, and implementing care that not only meets our company's sky-high standards but also keeps state and federal regulators doing happy dances.

• Be the VIP (Very Important Participant) at Resident Care conferences, where you'll help craft care plans so awesome, they should be framed.
• Channel your inner pharmacist as you prepare, administer, and document medications with the precision of a Swiss watch. Keep that medicine cabinet stocked like it's Black Friday every day!
• Become the Einstein of resident care, documenting issues with such detail that your notes could win a Pulitzer Prize (if they gave those out for medical documentation).
• Flex those superhero senses to recognize signs and symptoms, then leap into action with the right treatment faster than a speeding bullet.
• Don your captain's hat and lead your crew of healthcare heroes, providing supervision that's both effective and fun.
• Be ready for anything! Like a Swiss Army knife of nursing, you'll tackle other duties as they pop up, always with a smile and a can-do attitude.

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license, in good standing.
• 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• 1-year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Must have computer word processing and database experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• Moderate physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other infectious diseases.
• Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Is subject to frequent interruptions.
• Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
