In This Role You Will
Partner with our sales and customer success teams to forecast ARR, revenue, and commissions expense
Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly and annual planning/forecasting process
Provide support for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close as required
Analyze monthly GTM financials and report on variances against plan/forecast
Partner with the Head of FP&A in developing and reporting on GTM business KPIs
Provide financial support to any ad hoc analysis required from various parts of the business
You Have
Bachelor’s degree in business or economics; Finance and/or Accounting preferred
6+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or investment banking
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft office or Google Workspace
Nice to Have
Experience at a high growth start-up or SaaS company
Experience as a finance business partner to sales, marketing, and/or customer success teams
Experience with financial planning tools
