About the Role

Clari is looking for a product designer with a passion for solving complex problems, and curiosity to uncover user needs and behaviors to help transform business processes into meaningful product experiences. You will be part of a multidisciplinary product team collaborating closely to grow our product capabilities to meet the needs of our ever-expanding customer base. You must be driven, action-oriented, and understand the importance of collaboration with cross-functional team members in a face-paced environment. Bonus if you are experienced in designing B2B enterprise software with data visualizations.


This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed.


Responsibilities
  • Distill complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences for multiple business personas and design their experiences across multiple platforms including mobile and the web
  • Understand our roadmap commitments, plan and deliver value to our customers via incremental and major enhancements
  • Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications
  • Communicate design concepts and articulate rationales behind design decisions to a broad range of colleagues, customers, and end-users
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback sessions, synthesizing research to inform design decisions
  • Discover, evaluate, and document UI and interaction patterns and standards
  • Ship quality features in Agile development environments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present design concepts, rationale, and strategy to stakeholders, advocating for design and data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to the design team’s knowledge, growth, and development by sharing best practices, insights, and lessons learned
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into Clari’s design processes


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of  experience as a professional UX/UI Designer
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms and device types such as iOS, Android, and web
  • Knowledge of adaptive design strategies and execution
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones
  • Proficient in Figma, knowledge of Sketch, InVision, or other wireframing and prototyping software
  • Strong skills in visual design, including typography, color theory, and branding, to create visually compelling and cohesive interfaces
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
