As a Project Manager, you will spearhead the management of key migration projects, driving alignment and efficiency across all phases. You will harness the power of JIRA and Confluence to streamline processes and elevate team performance. Your role is pivotal in enhancing project delivery frameworks and ensuring consistency across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive end-to-end project management for migration initiatives, ensuring all project deliverables are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align goals and expectations.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks, applying best practices for risk management.
  • Allocate and oversee project resources efficiently to maximize productivity and project success.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions and agility in project management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of substantial project management experience, including a focus on IT migration projects.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project documentation and workflow management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in transforming legacy systems during migration projects.
