Project Manager - Software & Robotics Team

As a Project Manager at Lucid Bots, you will be responsible for orchestrating project planning, execution, and delivery across our software engineering teams, specifically Core Autonomy, Robotics, and DevOps. You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprints, manage timelines, scope, and resources, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

To become a Project Manager at Lucid Bots, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Notion and Jira is essential. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will help you thrive in this role.

While certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are highly desirable for the Project Manager role at Lucid Bots, they are not mandatory. What matters most is your experience in project management and your ability to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
