The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Intake/Discharge Coordinator facilitates the intake, discharge, and navigation of participants in our Recuperative Care programs. This position reports to the SSRCC Operations Manager.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin in our Recuperative Care programs, ensuring a seamless intake and discharge process that truly cares for our participants. As an Intake and Discharge Coordinator, you will report directly to the SSRCC Operations Manager, coordinating daily operations while navigating contractual requirements and keeping our targets in sight. You’ll work collaboratively with an integrated care team, providing essential program and navigation services to those who need it most. To thrive in this role, you’ll need solid critical thinking and decision-making skills, a knowledge of issues faced by the homeless community, and the ability to work independently with initiative. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, and experience serving marginalized communities is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary of $23.20 - $27.80 an hour based on your experience and allows you to make a tangible impact in your community.
