Job Summary
Responsible for directing and controlling advertising sales activities for a network, geographic area, industry, or sales channel across multiple cable networks and zones. Accountable for achieving assigned revenue targets associated with regions or segments of accountability. Monitors and delegates the work of sales managers and account executive as well as continually evaluating sales performance and modifying plans to achieve better results. Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple functional areas. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget. Generally reports to Sr. Director or VP.Job Description

Primary Location Pay Range: $207,600.00 - $311,400.00Targeted Commission: $182,500.00Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
