The role involves analyzing complex business and financial data to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making. This includes developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses while ensuring accuracy through built-in checks and balances. The position requires building complex financial models to forecast performance, assess ROI, and evaluate business scenarios, along with identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential for creating visually compelling graphs, charts, and written narratives to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences. Additionally, the role collaborates across departments to translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements, supports database development to maintain data integrity, and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, as well as maintaining thorough process documentation, are also key aspects of the position.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
The hiring range for this position is $110,000–$130,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
