What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for the summer. This internship is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. You’ll work closely with the FP&A team to support key planning cycles, analyze budget vs. actuals, and contribute to strategic financial projects that drive business decision-making. If you’re analytical, curious, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts to support planning and reporting cycles.
  • Analyze monthly business performance, identifying variances between actual and budgeted results and helping prepare commentary for leadership.
  • Build and update financial models using Anaplan, our planning and reporting platform.
  • Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and projects that support strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members across Finance and the broader business to gather inputs and support data accuracy.
  • Help maintain and improve internal reporting tools and templates to enhance decision-making.
  • Assist in AI project to automate variance analysis commentary

What really gets us excited about you?

  • You’re currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have a basic understanding of core financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Experience with or interest in Anaplan or similar planning tools is a plus.
  • You’re organized, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
  • You can clearly communicate findings and are excited to contribute to real business impact.
  • You have a strong interest/background in AI and predictive modeling

If you're passionate about finance and want to gain meaningful experience in FP&A, we’d love to have you join the team!

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
