Job Description

  • Working in an international IT software development team responsible for a main R&D IT application
  • Clarification of customer requirements and transformation into technical solutions/design
  • Implementation based on defined coding standards and best practices
  • Plan and execute integration tests, support user acceptance tests
  • Support 1st level support team with in depth root cause analysis and bug fixing
  • Drive given quality standards forward and establish new best practices

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science or related subject area or Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung  
  • Experience in software development (Java, Java Script, SQL, XML, Oracle, Spring, Hybernate, IntelliJ)
  • Experience in Tire R&D testing processes would be beneficial
  • Deep understanding of software quality best practices and standards
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills
