Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starting at $19 per hour

Day Shift: 5:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Thursday, overtime on Fridays may be required as needed

The Production Control Coordinator must be capable of scheduling orders, releasing orders to production, nesting parts to laser and beam line, understanding production prints, monitor the production schedule, and other tasks to support all operations throughout the facility. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assembly of all job packages, as they are received from drafting, into departmental sub-sections and batches for production and release jobs in MES to production for fabrication
  • Scheduling and Processing parts, shortages and components orders by working with other facilities and supply chain to meet dates using R12, MES, Sharepoint, and XDA platforms
  • Work with colleagues to meet common goals such as on time in full jobs
  • Ability to run several jobs concurrently and maintain positive work environment
  • Ability to key information into computer to obtain computerized records
  • Ability to prioritize work and expedite urgent requests
  • Ability to copy, distribute, and file orders as required
  • Ability to keep numerical and alphabetical sequences correctly
  • Maintain continuous improvement efforts in work area
  • Special projects or additional duties as designated
  • Use TruTops Boost to nest parts to laser
  • Use Vacam Office to nest parts to Voortman Beam Line
  • Create and maintain Microsoft documents for reporting

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
