As a Senior Vice President, Client Management, you will play a key leadership role in managing and expanding client relationships across a portfolio of priority accounts. UEG’s clients turn to us for best-in-class expertise in entertainment, sports, celebrity, music, gaming, and lifestyle partnerships. You will drive strategic client initiatives, oversee account teams, and ensure the successful execution of innovative campaigns that connect brands with culture. 


CLIENT LEADERSHIP:
  • Serve as a primary client partner and strategic advisor, ensuring strong, trusted relationships and a deep understanding of clients’ business needs. 
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, guiding the development of entertainment marketing strategies that align with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to package and present fresh ideas and creative solutions that drive cultural impact and business success. 
  • Maintain high-quality client service, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate brand engagement through entertainment and lifestyle partnerships. 


TEAM MANAGEMENT:
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on delivering results. 
  • Set clear expectations and provide guidance to empower team members to take ownership, develop professionally, and drive client success. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless integration and execution of campaigns. 


FINANCIAL & BUSINESS GROWTH:
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. 
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts, as well as new business opportunities, through strategic planning and proactive relationship management. 
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize profitability while delivering exceptional value for clients. 


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10-12 years of experience in client services/account management within a leading entertainment, advertising, or marketing agency. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable results. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling, combined with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends. 
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities. 


$128,000 - $185,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
