What you will do

  • Be the main point of contact for our survey panel community consisting of foodservice operators (restaurant owners, chefs, foodservice managers etc.). 
  • Manage and drive the growth of our survey panel community by implementing creative approaches to participants recruitment, retention and engagement.
  • Enhance our participants profiling by adding valuable data points 
  • Maintain high data quality standards
  • Send email survey invitations to the community members and manage surveys fieldwork ensuring successful data delivery

You will interact and build relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, restaurant managers and other decision makers in the food and beverage industry. Your efforts will be essential in engaging our community members to provide their honest opinions on products and services they use daily. You will collaborate with Datassential’s team of market researchers and food experts to deliver meaningful and actionable insights to food manufacturers and distributors. This is a hands-on position with an opportunity to support multiple products and teams in a rapidly evolving environment.

What you bring:

  •  Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, recruiting, market research or sales development roles with a proven track record
  • Solid computer skills including MS office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data
  • Flexibility to multi-task on multiple projects and meet given deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Data Analytics or equivalent experience 
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with community participants
  • Experience with Dynata Survey Platform, Sample Ninja or MailChimp or other equivalent tools

The pay range for this role is $65,000- $75,000/ year. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
