Deepgram Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Channel Sales & Business Development to join our team. As a Director, Channel Sales & Business Development responsible for partner sell-to/through revenue, you will be responsible for driving sell-to/through, with a set of named Deepgram conversational AI and contact center partners. As the member of a strategic team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that contribute to our partner sales revenue goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and execute plans that maximize revenue generation.

What you’ll do
Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions
Drive named partner sales through established partners, continuously refining and optimizing our sell-to/through strategies
Build partner sell-to/through pipeline growth by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into opportunities
Participate in partner + customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close sell-to/through deals
Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties
Monitor and report on the progress of sell-to/through opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue targets
Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Deepgram's product offerings and target markets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner sell-to/through initiatives
What you bring:
Proven track record in channel sales, business development, partner management, or sales roles within the technology industry.
Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sell-to/through activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals

Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains
